What is Hit & Blow?
Hit & Blow is a deduction game where you use clues to guess a hidden sequence of colors. Right color and position is a "Hit"; right color only is a "Blow." It's the classic code-breaking game (Mastermind), played with colors.
Deduce a hidden sequence of four colours from clues. Each guess returns a hit count for colours in the correct position and a blow count for correct colours in a different position. You are not told which individual balls match. Compare previous results to narrow down the possibilities. In a match against another player, race to find each other’s secret first.

Submit a guess of the hidden color sequence. Use the clues you get back to plan your next guess.
Tell Hits from Blows
Right color in the right position is a Hit; right color only is a Blow. You won't know which balls are correct.
Narrow down from past results
Compare your previous guesses and clues, and rule out candidates that contradict them. Against a friend, race to crack each other's code first.

Swap to find positions
For colors that gave a Blow, swap their positions and see whether they turn into Hits to pinpoint where they go.
