Cancel your subscription

You can cancel PoKeBo Premium in the App Store or Google Play where you purchased it.

iPhone/iPad (App Store)

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select PoKeBo.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Select PoKeBo.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Please note

Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Normally, Premium access continues until the current paid period ends. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

If the subscription is missing, check that you are signed in to the Apple/Google account used for purchase. If needed, contact support.
